Full refund if you ask within 14 days of paying for any plan, Lifetime included, or within 14 days of an annual renewal. Monthly renewals aren’t refunded; cancel any time and Pro stays on until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

If you asked within 14 days of paying for a plan, or of an annual renewal, we refund that payment in full to the card or account you paid with, no later than 14 days from today, and the plan ends. Otherwise we write back to you.
